Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays, processing will begin the following business day.
Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted carriers such as Purolator and others to deliver your products. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Damage: National Supply Centre Ltd. is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. We ensure all products are in good condition before they leave our facility. If your product is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Locations: For larger orders, we offer direct delivery in and around the Sault Ste. Marie and Timmins areas. Delivery fees are based on the size and distance of the shipment.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Friday) during regular business hours. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Receiving Deliveries: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. National Supply Centre Ltd. is not responsible for any unattended deliveries unless otherwise agreed upon.
Local Pickup Policy
Pickup Locations: Customers in or near Sault Ste. Marie and Timmins can choose to pick up their orders at one of our local branches. Please select the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout.
Pickup Times: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready.
Pickup Procedure: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting your products, especially for larger HVAC items.
