Return Period
- You may return any eligible product within 15 days from the date the product arrives at your location. After 15 days, returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- All returns must be authorized by National Supply Centre Ltd. before sending the product back.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Inspection
- Before issuing a refund or exchange, National Supply Centre Ltd. will inspect the returned product to confirm it was not damaged or used. Products found to be damaged or used will not qualify for a refund.
- National Supply Centre Ltd. ensures all products leave our facility in good condition. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any claims for shipping damage should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
